We operate strictly as a B2B supplier. Our direct customers are trade partners and resellers. However, in the dropship model, we also process end-customer details strictly for delivery purposes.

- B2B Partners (our direct customers):
- Business contact information (name, company, title, phone, email).
- Login credentials (username/password, portal access logs).
- Financial data (billing information, payment records).
- Communications (emails, calls, support tickets, chat via Flo).
- Technical data (device/browser info, IP address, cookies).
- End Customers (delivery recipients):
- Name, delivery address, postal code.
- Phone and email (for shipping notifications).
- Provided only by B2B clients for dropship fulfilment.
We do not collect sensitive personal information or consumer data for marketing.
4. How We Use Personal Information
We process personal information for:
- Order fulfilment & shipping.
- B2B account management (inventory portals, ArtisanFlo, ERP).
- Payments & invoicing (via secure gateways).
- Customer support (email, phone, live chat, AI assistant).
- Legal & regulatory compliance.
- Platform security & fraud prevention.
- Analytics & service improvements (aggregated or anonymized).
We do not use end-customer details for advertising or profiling.
5. Consent
- We rely on implied consent to process personal information for the purposes outlined above (e.g., when a reseller provides an end-customer’s delivery address).
- We rely on express consent where required (e.g., B2B marketing subscriptions, cookies/analytics).
- You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal/contractual restrictions.
6. Disclosure of Information
We may disclose personal information to:
- Group companies (UK parent and Indian affiliate for support).
- Courier partners (UPS, DHL, FedEx etc.) for delivery.
- Payment providers (PayPal, iwocaPay, Stripe, Bank).
- Cloud hosting providers (AWS, Azure).
- Communication platforms (Twilio, SendGrid).
- Approved developers/IT partners (for integrations).
- Authorities or regulators where legally required.
We do not sell or rent personal information.
7. International Transfers
- Canadian data may be transferred to the UK and India for operations.
- Data may also be hosted on secure US-based servers (AWS, Azure).
- All transfers are subject to contractual and technical safeguards, including encryption, access controls, and confidentiality agreements.
8. Retention
- B2B account data: kept while active + 7 years.
- End-customer delivery data: retained only as long as required for shipping, legal, and audit obligations (generally up to 7 years).

We apply strict measures:
- Encryption in transit and at rest.
- Access controls and authentication (MFA, role-based).
- Vendor risk assessments and contracts.
