All products are handcrafted from 100% sustainable mango wood at our community-driven factory in Jaipur, India, which is B Corp certified, GMP compliant, and SMETA-audited. Orders are processed and dispatched from our Brampton fulfilment centre in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), ensuring efficient service nationwide.

Delivery Timeframe
Orders are typically delivered within five (5) to eight (8) business days depending on the destination. Remote and northern regions may take longer. Orders are shipped from our Brampton fulfilment centre in Ontario.
Couriers & Tracking
All Canadian deliveries are handled by FedEx as our primary courier partner, with UPS occasionally used for certain shipments. Orders are fully trackable from dispatch to delivery, and tracking details are provided by email. Customers who provide a mobile phone number may also receive text updates. Larger items may require a signature upon delivery.
